Area guide Finestrat

The picturesque Spanish village of Finestrat is perched on a hillside 12 kilometers above Benidorm. It is neatly nestled into the coastal side of the Sierra Cortina mountain range with its highest peak Puig Campana reaching an impressive 1410 meters (4630 ft). The village is easily accessible by road and is only a short 5 minute drive from the main AP-7 road or the main coastal road, the N-332. It is also only 55 km from Alicante airport. While the old town is slightly inland, the nearest golden sandy beach at Cala de Finestrat is only a 10 minute drive away. The beach area of Cala de Finestrat is bordered to the south by the peaceful and picturesque seaside resort of Villajoyosa with its multicolored Tuscan-style beachfront houses and to the north by the bustling city of Benidorm.

Just a few kilometers below the old town is the Sierra Cortina Golf & Country Club where you will find a large number of stylish new constructions.
